As our final citizen event for the Farm Net Zero project, Westcountry Rivers Trust are collaborating with the experts from Budding Nature and Chris Jones from Woodland Valley Farm to deliver what promises to be a really special day of interactive learning. Budding Nature will introduce some basic ecological principles, including food webs, species interactions, ecological succession and population ecology in a classroom-based session. We will look at how these principles can inform the concept of nature recovery in the Westcountry and the role farming can play.
